How the Night Works

About the jam

Every other Saturday at 2PM, Sir Smokey opens The Smokey Pit's stage to musicians, artists, and creatives for an afternoon of spontaneous collaboration — whether you're bringing original material, sitting in with fellow performers, or simply soaking in the live jazz, blues, country and other artistry while your smoke-kissed plates arrive fresh from the pit. Artists and musicians who take the stage enjoy exclusive discounts on food and drinks, and the atmosphere makes for stunning social content and promo footage. Spectators and performers alike are welcome at 1916 Dallas Dr., but we recommend reserving a table with dinner to fully settle into the experience — because the food and the music deserve your undivided attention.
